Monday (May 6) – Final Band Concert. 7:00p.m. in the auditorium. Dress Nicely. No jeans, T-shirts, shorts, tennis shoes, flip-flops etc.
Band Banquet is coming up for EVERYONE (May 13). You should have received an email about that in the last couple of days. PLEASE join us. It is a free dessert event.
We did audition and accept 6 members for next year’s color guard. We still want/need more. If you know of anyone interested, please have them get in touch with Mr. Thomas. I think we have the coaching issue from last year solved, but we need bodies. A small guard will not make an impact and in will not help our scores and story-telling. I need EVERYONE’S help in recruiting 4-6 more people. The new guard members are: Gracie Kloster, Samantha Betterdorf, Maddison Bush, Natalie Glean, Elexus Holmes, and Jewell Spivey. Pat them on the back if you see them. They are VERY important to the marching band’s overall success.s
