Come out and support the Vikings play Olathe West – and watch our Marching Band perform at Halftime!

Call time is 4p in the band room.  Students should wear black shorts and their band T-shirt as we will change together in the band room.  If temperatures are exceedingly hot, we will not wear the uniform, but we will perform in the Band T-shirt, black athletic shorts, black long socks and marching band shoes.

• 4:30p – depart west
• 5:00p – rehearse on South FB field
• 5:30 – dinner is served by the Band Parents to the students and parent roadies and chaperones.
• 6:15 – prepare for pregame
• 6:40 – Pregame begins
• 7:00 – Game begins
• Halftime – Marching band plays ‘Thor’ marching show
• 9:00 – Game ends
• 9:45 – Band returns to west, hangs uniform, unloads trailer, puts instruments away.
• 10:00p – students are free to leave – ONLY After everything is put away.
