Hello everyone!  Here are some notes about upcoming events in the band world. First of all, thank you to the students in the Pep Bands who helped out this past week on Thursday and Friday.  I heard that Friday went a bit late – so sorry.  But thanks for cheering the team on!  This week the only game is on Friday.  It is the Black Pep Band.  We will be joined by our 6th grade Honor Band students so please encourage them and help them along the way.  This event is a lot of fun for them but a bit overwhelming.  Your kind smiles and helpfulness mean a LOT to…

Hello everyone.   We're getting close to the Thanksgiving Break.   Don't give up now.  We're doing so well.  You can do it! Here's what's coming in the next couple of weeks.  There are a lot of little details contained - read on for all the details! Monday (tomorrow) Pep Band will rehearse at 7:00a.  The Hollywood Marching Band will go outside during class.  It looks to be the warmest day of the week.  Dress warmly. Tuesday Full Orchestra students will have a Seminar rehearsal with Mr. Mulvenon and the string students.  Bandaides meeting in the band room at 7:00p.  Hollywood questions at 7:30.  Final MVP training at 8:00p Wednesday…
