Every three years, the Shawnee Mission West Pride Marching Band is invited to play in London at their New Years Day Parade! This is the first informational meeting; all band parents are encouraged to attend to find out all the details, dates and more! We'll be meeting at 6:30PM in the Auditorium! (not the 7PM as earlier noted)
Our first football game with marching band at Halftime! 4PM - Load out 7pm - Game Time 9:30-10PM - Return to West and load in Chaperones and roadies needed!
All Marching Band students and parents are invited to Shawnee Mission West on Sept. 18th at 7:00 PM to meet representatives from the London New Years Day Parade and find out more information on what they and their band students can expect! It's a great time for all involved!

The K-State Bands' Central States Marching Festival has grown into the premier marching band festival in the state of Kansas and the region. Specific performance times TBD!
All band parents and interested parties are invited to come to the Band Aides West parent meeting for October, 2019. We'll review what we've done, what's coming up and how you can help make our band the best it can be!
The District marching band competition. Times and locations are flexible; be sure to check with your band student for more information as this approaches!
The SM West homecoming parade will begin at approximately 1:30 pm in the circle drive of Shawnee Mission West High School. The parade proceeds down 85th Street to Santa Fe Drive and concludes at Overland Park Elementary School. Parents and guests are invited to attend or watch along the parade route.
Come out to the game and cheer on the band - and the football team!
