9:00 Drumline warm-up
9:45 Move to performance location
10:00 Drumline performance – (all others come watch) – Indoors
10:45 Begin warm-up (Full Band)
11:30 Move to performance stadium
11:45 Marching Band performance time
12:15 Eat lunch (Guard/DT first in line) Horns/drumline change into street clothes.
12:45 Guard/DT warm-up
1:15 Move to performance location
1:30 Colorguard/Dance Team Performance – (all others come watch)
1:45 To stadium to watch other bands – sit together.
4:45 Prelim Awards
5:00 Dinner/change into uniform (if needed)
If no Finals
6:00 Load busses and return home.
7:00 Arrive home and unload.
If Finals
6:00 Finals begin??????

9:00p Finals Awards
9:30 Load busses, depart
10:45 Arrive back at West
