We are selling tickets ($8.00 early from your favorite band student - or at the door! Breakfast will be in the cafeteria; concerts will be in the gym - come for your favorite band or stay for all the bands! Schedule: 9:00a.m.-12:00p.m. Serving Line Open 9:00a.m. - Jazz Lab Band 9:30a.m. - 6th Grade Honor Band 10:00a.m. - Symphonic Band 10:30a.m. - Overland Express 11:00a.m. - Wind Ensemble Proceeds will go towards purchasing an equipment trailer for the band.

New Date - Saturday, September 9th The Shawnee Mission West Marching Band is doing a fundraiser for various band activities. We'll be open from 9AM to 4 PM at each location - thanks to Ace Hardware for the use of their parking lot! Our next Dine-to-Donate is coming up on Feb. 6th, at the Panera location near the school, 75th & Antioch. You can also order online for pickup. This will earn the band 20% of all sales from 8 am - 8 pm. Be sure to show the attached flyer or mention the Fundraiser! Thanks again for supporting the West Band and your students!

On August 24th, 9AM to 4PM, We invite to you come to the Ace Hardware on 87th (and Grant or Lackman) for a FREE car wash by the Shawnee Mission West Band, Dance and Flag Teams! All students are fundraising for band equipment, trips and more - and yes, tips are encouraged, but not required.
