We'll be open from 9AM to 4 PM at each location - thanks to Ace Hardware for the use of their parking lot! Our next Dine-to-Donate is coming up on Feb. 6th, at the Panera location near the school, 75th & Antioch. You can also order online for pickup. This will earn the band 20% of all sales from 8 am - 8 pm. Be sure to show the attached flyer or mention the Fundraiser! Thanks again for supporting the West Band and your students!
Please Join the Shawnee Mission West Bands for our annual Pancake Breakfast Concert! We'll be serving pancakes in the cafeteria with bands playing all morning in the gym! Tickets will be available at the door.

On August 24th, 9AM to 4PM, We invite to you come to the Ace Hardware on 87th (and Grant or Lackman) for a FREE car wash by the Shawnee Mission West Band, Dance and Flag Teams! All students are fundraising for band equipment, trips and more - and yes, tips are encouraged, but not required.
We all deserve the break, and what better way to treat yourself than not having to cook dinner for the family before heading back to the routine! Join us on Tuesday Sept. 3rd for our first Dine-To-Donate fundraiser of the school year from 8am-8pm, and then you can head over to our Band-Aides meeting :) See the attached flyer for the Lenexa Panera and help us "Raise some dough!"
