Band parents and supporters, please join us!

We are preparing for the upcoming Pancake Breakfast concert on Saturday, February 17.  We will also probably talk about the concerts and festivals for the semester, along with the year-end banquet.  Please consider joining us so that you can find a way to plug into this incredible group of dedicated parents as they support your students.  ALL parents are supporters, we know that, but we do need a few parents who will take on small leadership roles (individually or jointly) to spearhead our efforts to encourage and provide for our students.

All band parents and fans of the band are invited to join us for our BandAides planning meeting, Feburary 6th at 7:00 PM in the West Band Room.  We'll be finalizing Pancake Breakfast details and planning the rest of the Band year!

Hi Everyone, It was great to see so many of you last night at the marching band exhibition! We have our first Band Aides meeting of the year coming up on Tuesday, August 6th at 7pm in the band room. Please join us to learn more about the all things marching season and  ways parents can be involved to support our students and band directors. Hope to see you Tuesday! First London Meeting at 7:30p in the cafeteria.  This is for ALL West HS Band and Dance Team Parents and Students grades 9-11.  Dr. Thomas will unveil exactly what the London Trip consists of as well as costs, payment dates, and additional fundraising opportunities.  PLEASE come join us even if you think you may not be able to go.  The London Committee is working hard to raise money to allow ALL students to attend next year.

After consulting with Dr. Thomas and Mr. Hupe about the fact that meeting Tuesday 11/5 conflicts with election day, we are going to cancel this weeks 7pm BAW Meeting. We are planning on meeting next on Tuesday December 3rd. If you are someone who usually attends the 6pm executive board meetings, or if you just want to attend - we do still plan to have the executive board meet briefly from 6-6:30pm this Tuesday, 11/5.
