It's back to school already - and it's time to find out how the band works! Band-Aides, West, Inc. is the parent support organization for the Band and Jazz Departments at Shawnee Mission West High School. We're having our first meeting of the year on Tuesday, August 15th at 7:00 PM in the band room. Marching Band Camp Monday!
Hello Marching Band! The time has come - we are all in camp starting tomorrow morning at 8:00a in the band room. I am so excited to see everyone. It looks like we will have great weather tomorrow. The high is slated to be less than 80 when we break for lunch! Regardless, please bring water jugs with you, sunscreen and make sure to wear tennis shoes with socks. Hats are also a good precaution.
